Maderacre is part of the Madre de Dios Amanzon REDD Project, together with the Maderyja forestry concession and the NGO Greenoxx, specialized in environmental projects.
This is a Project to Reduce Emissions from Deforestation and Degradation (REDD) that contributes to avoiding the pollution of 22 million tons of CO2 until 2035.
The project, audited by Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), has been validated by the Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) and certified by the Climate Cammunity and Biodiversity Alliance (CCB), under the Gold category, the highest of its kind.
AN ALTERNATIVE TO FACE CLIMATE CHANGE
Every company or person generates a carbon footprint, a
consequence of the emission of polluting gases due to their
daily activity.
The REDD project offers Carbon Bonds, which compensate for
its footprint and can convert an Industry, organization or
person into carbon neutral. In this way, contribute to
mitigate the effects of climate change and promote
sustainable development in the Peruvian Amazon.
